    Gary Lee Review added: 2018.10.09
First of all guys avoid this company like the plague.

Ok so I actually left the company today 27/04/2018 and here are my findings.

    1) They have such a high staff turnover that they will take anyone on.
    2) I was in the interview for 6 minutes and got the job without being told anything about the company, the pay structure, the pay frequency, nothing at all. The dimwit who interviewed just gave me an application form along with a new starter pack so you actually apply for the job on the day you start!
    3) The advertised position was 7-5 however in order to learn the process from the beginning you need to be there for 6 BUT the guy you are placed with does not finish until 6-6.30 so as a newbie you can look forward to 12 hour + shifts 5 days a week.
    4) There is no training, it’s a free for all dog eat dog company where everything is SO rushed! There is no real opportunity to learn.
    5) Pay wise there is a cut off point of the 16th which nobody told us about so this coming Monday I will only get 8 days with the remainder at the end of May.
    6) You are set up to fail. The whole thing is so blaz’e because as a newbie you get the dregs delivery wise so if you can imagine a round delivering 25 items in say Pontypridd, the scanner is meant to optimise the route so it looks at the deliveries and plans your route for you, you then rescan and with a black pen mark 25 down to 1, (1 being at the back of the van so you can pull it out first).
So why then for example was drop 1 Halfords and drop 25 B&Q which is opposite Halfords? Why was I constantly criss crossing all over Pontypridd? It was an utter disaster.
Then you get a nasal talking to from the depot manager about time slot failures. Utterly horrendous!
    7) You are set up to fail van wise because again, as a newbie you are left with the leftover vans so (low fuel) (dangerous brakes) (Oil Warning light) (Service light) (Worn windscreen wipers in driving rain) etc etc.
    8) The managers could not give a toss about their employees, my goodness what an eye opener. It is utterly horrendous so guys, this list is just off the top of my head so there’s probably much much more I could type.

    Utterly horrendous.
